This is a great way to get your heart rate continuously pumping. You will be riding a stationary bike but you will feel like you have transcending to another place. Seated climbs, rolling hills, riding into the wind are all simulated as you turn your legs to heart pumping tunes. You’ll never fall behind on this ride so work at your own pace and own your workout. Spin bike is recommended but class can be done on a regular bike hooked up to a trainer. Fill your water bottles prior to class!
